Dayne has been moved down to the main floor at gymnastics this fall. He was up in the TOT room before that. He seems top really enjoy himself while at practice. He especially loves diving into the pits and trying to hide inder the foam blocks.

Catrina turned 9 years old this year. Hard to believe it. Her birthday happened to fall on the same day as her first team gymnastics meet, so we ended up celebrating her birthday real late that night.

Catrina had her first team meet on her birthday this year. She took it in stride for the most part. The team and gym sang her happy brithday before the meet started. She participated in the bars, beam and vault. She did not place in any of the events but she had a good time. Her next meet will be Jan. 10th in Spearfish.

Flag Football

Anthony decided to play a little flag football this fall. The South Dakota School of Mines and Technology host the NFL flag football season on their campus. The footbal team players were the coaches of each team. Anthony had a lot of fun.

Halloween 2008

Halloween is a fun time in the russ household. The children get to dress up and beg for candy while mom and dad must sort through the candy and tke anything that might be harmful to the children (peanut butter cups, twix, etc.) This year Vicki made the custome for all three girls. Brenna was the Virgin Mary, Veroinca and Catrina were geesha girls, Anthony was a vampire and Dayne was a race car driver. We took the children to Open Bible Christian center. They have a Halloween bash evey year. They set up diffent activities for the children and then when they children complete the activity they hand out a lot of candy.

Veronica played basketball for Calvary Christian School again this fall. SHe had some fun when she was able to make the games. The unfortunate part was she had dance class at the same time as about half her games.

Anthony Turns 7

Anthony's 7th birthday

Anthony turned 7 years old on the 18th of October. The time seems to be flying by faster and faster with each passing year.
